Wilbert Taboy Paranas, is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Samar State University. Earned his Masteral Degree at UP Diliman. Passed the Civil Engineering Board Exam last May 2004. A member of Association of Structural Engineers in the Philippines or ASEP. An aspiring candidate for the membership of ACPE. Has been part of the Gillesania Review center (Hydraulics Prof). Motivated by his 12 years’ experience as Structural Engineer, Construction Implementation, Supervision and Construction Consultation in any type (i.e Commercial Buildings and Residential Houses, Bridges, Tunnels, Tower, Billboard, Traffic Signal lights) as well as structural design analysis detailing and computation to government projects (MMDA,DPWH,Manila Water).
